Welcome to Elite SMM Panel ("we", "us", "our", "the Panel"). By accessing or using elitesmmpanel.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.

1. Eligibility

  • Users must be 16 years or older.
  • By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

2. Services Overview

Elite SMM Panel provides social media marketing (SMM) services including followers, likes, views, comments, subscribers, and other engagement-related services across multiple platforms.

All services are provided on a best-effort basis only.

3. Account Rules

  • Only one account per user / IP address is allowed.
  • Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
  • If detected:
    • Accounts may be suspended or terminated immediately
    • Wallet balance may be frozen without prior notice

All administrative decisions are final and non-appealable, subject to rare exceptions at the sole discretion of the administration.

4. Payments & Wallet Balance

Minimum Add Funds

  • USD: $1
  • PKR: 100
  • INR: 10

Payments Below Minimum

  • Payments below the minimum amount are not credited.
  • All payments, whether credited or not, are strictly non-refundable.
  • This policy may be modified at any time by the administration.

Wallet Rules

  • Credited funds are stored as wallet balance only.
  • Wallet balance:
    • Cannot be withdrawn
    • Remains valid for lifetime
    • In exceptional cases (including account suspension), wallet handling is decided solely by the administration.

Payment Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct payment method
  • Sending the correct amount
  • Providing correct transaction references (TRF)
  • Using updated and authorized payment methods

Elite SMM Panel is not responsible for user payment errors.

Automatic to Manual Payment Conversion

Payments listed as automatic may be converted to manual verification if:

  • A bank, payment provider, or gateway delays confirmation
  • Transaction reference is pending, delayed, or incomplete
  • Gateway synchronization fails

In such cases, the manual verification timeframe (12 working hours or longer) applies.

Elite SMM Panel is not responsible for delays caused by banks, gateways, or third-party processors.
This decision is final, non-appealable, and subject to change.

Payment Processing

  • Payments may be automatic or manual.
  • Manual payments may require 12 working hours or longer to verify.

Payment Gateway Disclosure & Security

Payments on Elite SMM Panel are processed through authorized payment gateway provider companies, which may include but are not limited to PayPro, Stripe, PayFast, and other approved gateways.

  • Elite SMM Panel does not store, access, or control sensitive payment details.
  • Payment information is handled securely by the respective gateway providers.
  • Elite SMM Panel staff do not have access to card details, bank details, or private payment credentials.

Payment gateways may be added, removed, or changed at any time without prior notice.

Paytm, PhonePe & JazzCash Payment Restrictions

Paytm Usage (India Only)

  • Paytm is allowed for use in INDIA ONLY.
  • Paytm payments must be made only via the PhonePe application.
  • Use of Paytm via any other app, emulator, VPN, proxy, or indirect method is strictly prohibited.

If detected outside India or via unauthorized access, Elite SMM Panel reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account at any time without notice.

Cross-Border Payment Misuse (Strictly Prohibited)

Resellers are strictly prohibited from using Elite SMM Panel payment methods or QR codes to collect personal or third-party client payments across borders, including but not limited to:

  • An Indian reseller collecting payments from Pakistani clients using Elite SMM Panel's JazzCash QR
  • A Pakistani reseller collecting payments from Indian clients using Elite SMM Panel's Paytm QR
  • Using Elite SMM Panel payment methods as a personal payment gateway

Payment methods are provided only for adding funds to the reseller's own Elite SMM Panel account.

Enforcement & Penalties

If misuse is detected:

  • The specific payment method may be disabled immediately for that account
  • Additional actions may include:
    • Account suspension
    • Wallet balance freeze
    • Permanent payment-method restrictions

All actions are final, non-appealable, and subject to change.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal attempt will result in:

  • Permanent account suspension
  • IP ban
  • Frozen wallet balance

No appeals will be accepted.

6. Orders, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before completion upon request.
  • Cancellation is manual and may take 12–24 working hours.
  • If an order completes during this timeframe:
    • Elite SMM Panel is not responsible
    • No refund will be issued

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only for:

  • Incomplete delivery
  • Partial delivery, even if marked "completed"

Refunds are calculated based on the remaining undelivered quantity only.

No Refunds For

  • Delays
  • Drops
  • Wrong username or link
  • Private accounts
  • Username changes after ordering
  • Account bans or restrictions
  • Fully completed services

All refund decisions are final.

7. Refill & Service Guarantees

No Refill / No Guarantee Services

Services without "Refill" or refill duration mentioned:

  • Have no refill
  • Have no guarantee
  • May drop instantly or over time
  • Come with no account safety assurance
  • Are use-at-your-own-risk services

Refill-Enabled Services & Durations

Only services marked:

  • Refill
  • R30
  • R60
  • R90

are refill-enabled.

  • R30 / R60 / R90 indicate refill coverage for 30 / 60 / 90 days
  • Refill is valid only within the stated duration
  • After expiry, no refill or refund is provided

Refill availability may be changed or revoked due to abuse, fraud risk, suspension, or provider limitations.

NON DROP Services Disclaimer

"NON DROP" does not mean:

  • Refill eligible
  • Guaranteed to never drop

It only indicates that no major drop was observed during testing before the service went live.

Future drops due to platform or provider changes are not the responsibility of Elite SMM Panel.
Refill applies only if explicitly stated.

8. Wrong Orders & User Errors

Orders placed with incorrect links, private accounts, or changed usernames may be marked completed with no refund.

9. Delivery Time Disclaimer

Delivery times are estimates only, based on recent orders, and may change due to provider or platform conditions.

No compensation is provided for delays.

10. Prohibited Use

The Panel must not be used for illegal activities, fraud, impersonation, political manipulation, hate, or harassment.

Reselling

Reselling is allowed, including child panels and linked pricing.

11. Support Abuse & Communication Misuse

Spamming or abusing WhatsApp, tickets, calls, or emails may result in support suspension or account action.

Decisions are final, non-appealable, and subject to change.

12. Abuse & Fraud

Abuse of systems, refills, or payments results in immediate termination, IP suspension, and wallet freeze.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

Elite SMM Panel may suspend or terminate accounts without notice.

All decisions are final.

Privacy Policy

Data Collection

We collect email, username, IP address, order history, and transaction references.

Cookies & Tracking

Cookies and basic analytics are used for operational purposes.

Data Sharing

User data is not sold and is shared only with gateways, providers, or authorities when legally required.

Data Retention

Account and transaction data is retained permanently for records and fraud prevention.

Users may stop using services at any time.

Communication

Emails are sent only when necessary (OTP, order updates, or rare notices).

Policy Updates

Policies may change at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
