This Cancellation and Refund Policy describes how Elite SMM Panel ("we", "us", "our", "the Panel") handles order cancellations and refunds. By using our services at elitesmmpanel.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before completion upon request.
- Cancellation is manual and may take 12–24 working hours.
- If an order completes during this timeframe:
- Elite SMM Panel is not responsible
- No refund will be issued
Important: Cancellation requests must be made before the order is fully completed. Once an order is marked as completed, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only for:
- Incomplete delivery: When the ordered quantity is not fully delivered.
- Partial delivery: Even if the order is marked "completed", if the actual delivery is less than the ordered quantity, a refund may be issued for the undelivered portion.
Refund Calculation: Refunds are calculated based on the remaining undelivered quantity only.
Refund Decisions: All refund decisions are final and determined by Elite SMM Panel administration.
3. No Refunds For
The following situations do not qualify for refunds:
- Delays: Service delays, regardless of duration, do not qualify for refunds.
- Drops: If the delivered services drop (decrease in followers, likes, etc.) after delivery, no refund will be issued.
- Wrong username or link: Orders placed with incorrect usernames or links will be marked completed with no refund.
- Private accounts: If the target account is private or becomes private after ordering, no refund will be issued.
- Username changes: If the target account's username changes after ordering, the order may be marked completed with no refund.
- Account bans or restrictions: If the target account gets banned or restricted by the platform, no refund will be issued.
- Fully completed services: Orders that have been fully delivered according to the ordered quantity cannot be refunded.
All refund decisions are final.
4. Wrong Orders & User Errors
Orders placed with incorrect information are the responsibility of the user. This includes:
- Incorrect links or URLs
- Private accounts
- Changed usernames after ordering
- Incorrect service selection
- Wrong quantity ordered
Important: Orders with user errors may be marked as completed with no refund. It is your responsibility to verify all order details before submission.
5. Delivery Time Disclaimer
Delivery times provided are estimates only, based on recent orders and current provider conditions. Delivery times may vary due to:
- Provider or platform conditions
- High order volumes
- Technical issues
- Service provider limitations
No compensation is provided for delays. Estimated delivery times do not guarantee actual delivery timeframes, and delays do not qualify for refunds or order cancellations.
6. Refill & Service Guarantees
No Refill / No Guarantee Services
Services without "Refill" or refill duration mentioned:
- Have no refill policy
- Have no guarantee against drops
- May drop instantly or over time
- Come with no account safety assurance
- Are use-at-your-own-risk services
No refunds will be issued for drops in services without refill guarantees.
Refill-Enabled Services & Durations
Only services marked with refill indicators are eligible for refills:
- Refill - General refill available
- R30 - Refill coverage for 30 days
- R60 - Refill coverage for 60 days
- R90 - Refill coverage for 90 days
Important Refill Terms:
- R30 / R60 / R90 indicate refill coverage for 30 / 60 / 90 days respectively
- Refill is valid only within the stated duration
- After expiry, no refill or refund is provided
- Refill availability may be changed or revoked due to abuse, fraud risk, suspension, or provider limitations
Refill vs Refund: If a refill-eligible service drops within the refill period, a refill will be provided instead of a refund. Refunds are only issued for incomplete or partial deliveries as described in Section 2.
NON DROP Services Disclaimer
"NON DROP" does not mean:
- Refill eligible
- Guaranteed to never drop
It only indicates that no major drop was observed during testing before the service went live.
Important: Future drops due to platform or provider changes are not the responsibility of Elite SMM Panel. Refill applies only if explicitly stated in the service description.
7. Payment Refunds
All payments are strictly non-refundable, except in cases of incomplete or partial delivery as specified in Section 2 (Refund Eligibility).
- Payments below the minimum amount are not credited and are non-refundable
- Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn
- In exceptional cases (including account suspension), wallet handling is decided solely by the administration
Chargebacks & Disputes: Any chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal attempt will result in permanent account suspension, IP ban, and frozen wallet balance. No appeals will be accepted.
8. How to Request Cancellation or Refund
To request an order cancellation or refund:
- Contact our support team through the support ticket system
- Provide your order ID and relevant details
- Clearly state the reason for your request
- Allow 12–24 working hours for manual processing
Note: Cancellation requests must be submitted before order completion. Refund requests will be evaluated based on the criteria outlined in this policy.
9. Policy Updates
This Cancellation and Refund Policy may be updated at any time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes means that you accept the updated policy.
All decisions made by Elite SMM Panel regarding cancellations and refunds are final and non-appealable, subject to rare exceptions at the sole discretion of the administration.
